How To Add a Property or Properties To a Call List from the Search Page

All Properties

1. Click on Search

2. You can either select individual properties by clicking on the check boxes located on the left side of the property address

3. Or Click the "Select All" option to add all contacts from the results to a call list.

4. Click on the folder icon located next to the Select All option.

5. Choose the call list where you want these properties to go.

Note: You also have the option to click the “Manage Lists” to go to the Call Lists page, or create a new call list.

6. A notification will pop up confirming that the selected items have been added to the assigned call list.

Individual Properties

1. Click on Search

2. Click on this folder icon displayed on the property image in the search results

3. Choose the call list where you want these properties to go.

Note: You also have the option to click the “Manage Lists” to go to the Call Lists page, or create a new call list.

4. A notification will pop up confirming that the selected items have been added to the assigned call list.

From Property Record

1. Click on Search

2. Click a property from the Property list.

3. Click on the “Add To List” tab.

4. Choose the desired call list to include the property.

5. A notification will pop up confirming that the selected items have been added to the assigned call list.
