1. You can add, modify, delete tags within the "Settings" page.
To access the Settings page, navigate to the bottom-left section of the page and select "Account Settings".
Select "Profile Settings".
Select "Tags".
To add a new tag, select "New Tag," enter the name, then select "Create Tag" to save, or "Cancel" to discard.
You can search for a tag by entering its name in the search box.
The list of tags will show the number of records/properties associated with each tag name, the date it was created and last modified.
To update a tag name, select "Edit", enter the new tag name, then select "Update Tag" to save or "Cancel" to discard.
To permanently remove the tag from the list, select "Delete" and click "OK" or select "Cancel" to discontinue the action.
2. You can add tags within the Search page.
To access the "Search" page, navigate to the left-side panel.
Select a property record from the search results and more information will show at the right side of the page.
In the property details under "Summary", select "Add Tag"(or the "+" sign) to choose a tag from the dropdown or enter the tag name in the search box to find it.
3. You can add tags within the Lists page.
To access the "Lists" page, navigate to the left-sidebar of the page.
Select a list name to load the properties in the list.
Select a property record within your list and more information will show at the right side of the page.
In the property details under "Summary", select "Add Tag"(or the "+" sign) to choose a tag from the dropdown or enter the tag name in the search box to find it.
4. You can add tags within the My Properties page.
To access "My Properties" page, navigate to the left-sidebar of the page.
Navigate to the "Tags" column to show the "Add Tag" button on each property address.
Select the "Add Tag" to select a tag from the dropdown list or you can also enter the tag name in the search box to easily find and select it.
For property records with existing tags, select the + icon to add more tags to them.
Select the X icon to remove tags from the property records.
