1. Select Search. Maximize screen display to view the map located at the right side of the page.
2. You can choose to see in Map or Satellite view.
3. Click on the option Zoom Out (-) to view a larger area on the map.
Click on the option Zoom In (+) to focus on a particular zone on the map.
4. Click the Hand Tool to navigate through the map. Click on the map and drag your mouse to move around.
5. Search using the Freeform Shape Tool to draw a shape on the map by connecting lines.
Click on a point in the designated area to create a line and close the shape.
6. Search using the Square Shape Tool to create a precise square or rectangle on the map to search.
Click the area on the map to draw the square/rectangle, drag it to expand the shape, and then click once more. The properties will show inside the square/rectangle.
7. The list of search results will show at the left side of the page.
8. You can add parameters to your search by selecting the search filters and All Filters above the map.
Select Clear Filters to remove the filters added to the map search all at once.
9. When you hover your mouse over a property icon on the map, it will show you the property address, property type and building /lot size. It will also show if the property is Likely to Sell or Likely to Refi.
10. Select the Save Search button if you want to save the parameters used for this search. Enter the name of the search and select on the Save Search button within the pop-up window.
11. Select the X icon if you want to clear the shape on the map to create a new map search.
