Updated over 4 months ago

Selecting "Export" on a call list page downloads a .csv file of saved properties/activities and can be emailed to you.

There Are Two Ways To Export:

A.

1. Go to the "Lists" page from the left-hand menu.

2. On the "Lists" page, select the list to export.

3. Click the "Export" button above the map.

4. Select the type of export, either Property/Owner Data or Activities.

  • Property/Owner Data - exports detailed property information, including financial data, building features, location details, tax information, and owner contact information.

  • Activities - exports all recorded activities, such as phone calls, emails, and other logged interactions associated with the property.

5. Enter a name for the export.

6. If you created a new export template, select it. If none are saved, continue to Step 7.

7. Select to include owner contact information, or deselect to exclude it.

  • Including owner contact information deducts one credit per property.
