How To Export Recent Activities of the Call Lists

When exporting recent activities of the call lists, it will only include activities from the past 60 days.

1. Click on Call Lists.

2. Click on Export Recent Activties tab.

Once the file has been downloaded, you will be able to access it on your device and open the exported file.

Column information fields that are included in the export.

Name

name of the task or activity

Call List

name of the call list

Comments

notes/nformation from the call, email, meeting, or other interaction

Type

type of interaction, such as call, email, meeting, or other

Call Result

whether the call was reached, not reached, or left a voicemail

Contacts

names of the contacts

Properties

address of the property

Created At

date when the task or activity was created
