How To Log a Meeting To a Contact On the Call Console Page

1. Click on Call Lists.

2. To continue with the last record you were on, Click on Start Calling. This will take you to the Call Console page.

3. Or, to manually select the record, click the Call List you want.

4. Click on the arrow under "Actions" column next to the contact you wish to create the meeting activity.

3. Click on Meeting.

4. Enter the meeting location.

5. Click the Start Time box to choose the start time for the meeting.

6. Click the Start Time box to choose the end time for the meeting.

8. Click a contact name in the drop-down or start typing the contact name you want and click on it.

9. Enter a description.

10. Click on Save Activity
