How To Log Calls From the Call Console

1. Click on Call Lists.

2. To continue with the last record you were on, Click on Start Calling. This will take you to the Call Console page.

3. Or, to manually select the record, first click the call list name you wish to begin making calls from.

4. Click on the arrow under the "Actions" column next to the contact you wish to call.

5. You will be redirected to the Call Console page, and Call will be automatically selected as the activity type.


6. Click the search box to select a contact or type in the contact name.

7. You have the option to use a call template by clicking on "Select A Template". You can either choose from a list of saved templates or search for a specific one.

Note: Call templates (or call scripts) are those that you have personally created in your Profile settings (they’re not provided by default).

8. Enter notes in the Call Details field.



9. Select a call result (Reached, Not Reached, or Left Voicemail).

10. Click on Save Activity.
